Returns Policy

We will pay the return shipping costs of returns if an error was made by us. (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We are unable to provide refunds or accept returns for products that have been opened or are due to change of mind for health and safety reasons. Orders over $79 include free shipping Australia wide.

All products are shipped in discreet packaging and usually dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Standard shipping is $12.90 and usually arrives within 2-3 business days, except during peak periods.

Express shipping is $16.20 and usually arrives within 1-2 business days, except during peak periods.
