We are unable to provide refunds or accept returns for products that have been opened or are due to change of mind for health and safety reasons. We are always happy to answer as many questions as possible to ensure you make the correct purchase.
All Intimacy products include a manufacturers warranty to cover faulty or defective goods.
To start a return, you can contact us through the contact form. Please included as much details as possible and we will respond with return details.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Correct shipping information is the responsibility of the purchaser and whilst every effort is made to ensure orders are sent to the correct location, no responsibility shall be assumed by us in the instance that incorrect details have been provided during checkout.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Delayed communication may impact any warranty claims.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
