How long does shipping take?
All products are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Standard shipping will usually arrive within 2-3 business days.
Express shipping will usually arrive 1-2 business days.
Can I Click & Collect from a local store?
We offer a Click & Collect service 7 days a week on a selected range and these orders are generally ready for same day pick-up when placed prior to 10pm.

Do you ship on weekends?
Our Click and Collect range can be delivered the same day and on weekends, locally in most cases for an additional fee.
Pease contact us prior to placing your order for pricing. Online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, generally the day they are placed with the cut off being at 4pm.
Any order placed after 4pm will be processed the next working day.

Can I track my item?
Yes. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number.
Please note tracking numbers are only active and trackable 2 hours after the order has been collected from our warehouse.
For orders placed after 4pm on Friday, your order will may not be trackable until it has been collected from us the following Monday.
What courier do you use for deliveries?
All of our deliveries are done through StarTrack or unless delivery is unavailable to your location. In this case, we would engage an alternative service
