Operating Instructions
- Press and hold the Push-Button for 3 seconds to power your KONA ON. The light will turn solid.
- Press and release the Push-Button to cycle through the 10-vibration settings.
- Press and hold the Push-Button for 3 seconds to turn your KONA OFF.
Charging Instructions
- Locate the Charging Contacts located at the bottom of the item.
- Attach the Magnetic Charge cable to the item. The lights will flash while charging.
- The light will stay steady when charging is complete.

We will pay the return shipping costs of returns if an error was made by us. (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We are unable to provide refunds or accept returns for products that have been opened or are due to change of mind for health and safety reasons. We are always happy to answer as many questions as possible to ensure you make the correct purchase. All Intimacy products include a manufacturers warranty to cover faulty or defective goods. Express shipping is $16.20 and usually arrives within 1-2 business days, except during peak periods.
