We will pay the return shipping costs of returns if an error was made by us. (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We are unable to provide refunds or accept returns for products that have been opened or are due to change of mind for health and safety reasons.
