For maximum effect, place the opening exactly on your clitoris so that it sits snugly and no air can escape. The characteristic air pulse wave effect is created only with full contact. Start on a gentle setting and hold the toy still - too much pressure reduces the sensation. Models with additional vibration can be used at the same time to stimulate the vulva or nipples as well.
